MAKEUP CLASS POLICY
Please read this carefully so that you understand the procedure for makeups.
1. If you miss a class for illness or other reason, you can makeup up to two classes per semester.
2. Our online makeup system which tracks your makeups, shows you availabilities and alerts the teacher and director that your makeup has been scheduled.
3. Go to the Makeup Scheduler and follow the instructions there!

4. Make-up classes cannot be carried on to another semester and are not transferrable to another family.
Additional Instructions for using Online Makeup Scheduler
* After entering Online Makeup Scheduler: Choose one of the Makeup choices at left, by location, teacher or availability.
* Enter your email address, parent phone, parent name, child name. It is important that you enter the information the same way each time, the system will track you from a previous makeup.
* Registered siblings will need to be scheduled on their own.
* Infant siblings do not need to be scheduled.
* You will be sent an email confirming your makeup, as will the Director and the Teacher for the class.
